Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role...

Minimum Qualifications:

• A portfolio highlighting multiple projects showing experience crafting usable digital interfaces

• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design

• Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and an aesthetic sense

• Good communication skills

• Speak English fluently

• Eager to learn, discuss, and share knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to assets

• Evaluate and set best practices and visual design standards

• Create wireframes, storyboards and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Collaborate with developers and provide them clear specifications to ensure proper implementation of designed elements

• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant

• Craft designs within existing visual systems and/or standards

• Solicit and provide feedback from team members and partners to continually raise our bar for quality

• Take project ownership within your team responsibilities

• Experience in collaborative workshops

• Experience interviewing users and running user tests

• Research skills
