About the role...
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in the field
A portfolio highlighting multiple projects showing experience crafting usable digital interfaces
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and an aesthetic sense
Good communication skills
Speak English fluently
Eager to learn, discuss, and share knowledge
Responsibilities:
Execute all visual design stages from concept to assets
Evaluate and set best practices and visual design standards
Collaborate with developers and provide them clear specifications to ensure proper implementation of designed elements
Craft designs within existing visual systems and/or standards
Solicit and provide feedback from team members and partners to continually raise our bar for quality
Take project ownership within your team responsibilities
We'd also love it if you had:
Experience in collaborative workshops
Experience interviewing users and running user tests
Research skills
